Wind: trumpet

Paul Archibald is currently principal trumpet of the London Mozart Players, Britten Sinfonia and Orchestra of St Johnís, has been a principal player in the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London Sinfonietta, BBC National Orchestra Wales, and a member of the Philip Jones Brass Ensemble. His performing career spans many genres: classical, commercial, film, pop, folk and contemporary.During his career Paul has been a dedicated educator, with teaching posts at various London-based conservatories. He now focusses on his work developing brass playing with primary school children, notably in Asia, using his own group teaching methods through his own academy, English Music Academy.
